My payment method of choice is PayPal. I will also accept checks; however this can delay project start and delivery as I wait on the check to clear.
I don’t limit my services to a specific genre or niche. I am happy to work with any author, publisher, or anyone in the book industry. I will not take on any projects in the porn industry, nor projects geared toward hate, prejudice, or human/animal cruelty.
I request a 50% deposit upon the start of a project and the remaining 50% to be paid upon finalization before delivery is made.
Once I’ve been selected to work on your project, I’ll send over a questionnaire regarding your project, a short agreement stating deliverables and payment terms, and a deposit request.
I offer unlimited email support and consultation throughout the project. I am also available for chat via instant message. While I prefer the bulk of our initial brainstorming to be done via email and chat for written documentation, I am happy to speak with you via phone as well!
You’ll receive samples with request for feedback and revisions will be taken on from there. When you’re happy with the results, I’ll request final payment. As soon as your final payment has cleared I’ll deliver your project files to you.
Yes. I offer a number of revisions within reason – virtually unlimited – however if requests become extensive a small additional fee may apply (this is a rarity).
Yes. I don’t mind working with what you already have. You will need to provide a written acknowledgement that the art is owned by you, proof of permission granted by the original owner, or proof of stock purchase. It must also meet the size and resolution requirements of your projects.
Absolutely! I use a variety of sources to obtain such things from. All photos and artwork I use are either royalty free stock photos from various stock sites, have been obtained with written permission by the original photographer, model, artist, or are my own. Most imagery can be obtained for under $30 per stock (some as little as $5). However, some pieces or looks are harder to find and could cost more (as much as $200-$300). I will always work to find a solution for coming up with something professional and unique to meet whatever budget you have.
Certainly, if you are in need of more than one service, or have several covers etc. that you need done, I’ll be happy to come up with a package quote and agreement for you. I also value creating long term relationships with the people I do work for, so I am always glad to offer repeat customer discounts as well as referral discounts. If you refer someone just tell them to mention you. You’ll both get a discount.
Once a project is complete it is owned by you. You may change it out or replace it at any time. If you are looking for an upgrade though, please keep me in mind.
I do request credit be given to me on book cover (Pamela Sinclair at ItGirlDesigns.com or Pamela Sinclair at It Girl Designs) and website (web design by ItGirlDesigns.com) projects. I’ll also happily accept and appreciate credit/mention on any other project I complete for you.
In addition, you agree that I may use the completed work in my portfolio, blog, and marketing media.
Price varies according to design complexity (the amount of time it took me to create it) and cost of any fonts/artwork used.
Yes, I’ve worked with individuals and companies of all sizes in a variety of industries and can design in a wide range of styles. Please contact me for details and to see my other work at firstname.lastname@example.org .
